Faith Journey:

Testimony

Before I truly came to know the Lord, my life was shaped by wrong actions and beliefs. I was
involved in stealing, drinking alcohol, and smoking. Even on Sundays, I chose to work instead of
worshiping God. I also relied on marayaw-a traditional form of healing practiced by eldersplacing my trust in it rather than in the Lord. During this time, my life lacked true direction and
spiritual foundation.

By God's grace, a turning point came when a pastor visited our community and faithfully
preached the Word of God. As I listened to the message, it deeply touched my heart. Through
the faithful witness and ministry of the church, I came to know Jesus Christ and wholeheartedly
accepted Him as my Lord and Savior.

From that moment on, the Lord began a powerful work of transformation in my life. Through
continued discipleship, prayer, and the support of the adopted church partnership, I gradually
turned away from my former lifestyle and sinful practices. God renewed my heart and mind and
gave me a new direction and purpose, replacing old beliefs with biblical truth.

Today, by the grace of God and through the guidance of Pastor Jonathan N. Robles, I continue to
grow in my faith and actively serve the Lord within the local church. I am being disciple and
strengthened to live a life that honors Christ and to be a witness to others in my community.

I thank God for His grace and faithfulness and for the partner churches who have stood with us.

When did you accept the Lord?
