The Need
Pastors in rural contexts often lack proper training for the ministry they are a part of, not for lack of desire or initiative but due to a lack of opportunity. T.R.I.B.E. Mission International's (TMI) goal is to remove the barriers that stand in the way so that local pastors can live into their call to ministry fully and faithfully.
Cost Breakdown
$1700 a year covers the cost of an average pastor. This includes the cost of the class facilitators, curriculum, supplies, and wages for the experiential field training within their home contexts. It also provides the cost of feeding their families during their time of study - this is contextualized ministry as community and hospitality are key to Filipino's.
