Where We Work
TMI serves in both the Philippines and Liberia, equipping emerging leaders with the training, resources, and spiritual foundation needed to reach unreached tribal communities.
Through hands-on discipleship and practical ministry preparation, we are raising up men and women who carry the Gospel into places where Christ is not yet known. Alongside training, we provide essential tools for ministry so these leaders are fully equipped to serve effectively in remote and often challenging contexts.
Our mission is to see tribal communities transformed through locally raised leaders who bring the hope of Jesus Christ to their own people.

The Philippines
The Mangyan tribal groups of Mindoro, Philippines, represent some of the most remote and underserved Indigenous communities in the country, with many living in mountainous regions that are difficult to access and often lacking consistent access to discipleship resources. While the Philippines is predominantly Christian, the Mangyan people still face significant barriers to strong biblical teaching and long-term spiritual growth. TMI, under the leadership of Pastor BJ, is working among the Mangyan to equip and train emerging leaders from within their own communities, so the Gospel can be shared in a way that is culturally rooted, relational, and sustainable—bringing lasting transformation to these tribal villages.

Liberia, West Africa
Liberia is home to a rich diversity of tribal and ethno-linguistic groups, many of whom live in rural and remote regions with limited access to consistent Gospel witness and biblical training. In several areas, especially among Muslim-dominated tribal communities, there are few established churches and a significant lack of discipleship resources. TMI, under the leadership of Pastor Samuel, is working to identify, equip, and train emerging local leaders who can bring the hope of Christ into their own communities. By raising up indigenous leaders and providing them with practical tools for ministry, we aim to see lasting Gospel transformation take root among Liberia’s unreached tribal peoples.
