"Equipping Local Leaders for Effective Ministry"
The local church, the church as God intended it, is dependent upon local leaders plugged into their own culture and context sharing the gospel and shepherding the church. Without access to the proper training, that proves to be a difficult task. TRIBE Training Institute strives to provide contextualized training for these local leaders to equip them for effective gospel ministry in their communities.
Mission
TRIBE Training Institute exists to equip, empower, and disciple indigenous tribal leaders and missionaries in rural areas, providing biblical training and leadership skills to enhance their ministry effectiveness and advance the gospel.

2 Tracks of Learning
In March 2026, we will be offering the two courses:

1. Certificate in Oral Bible Course (COBC): A program for non-literate learners, introducing the Bible through storytelling, songs, and audio-visual methods, equipping them with basic biblical knowledge and principles.

2. Certificate in Academic Bible Course (CABC): A program for literate students, providing a comprehensive Bible study covering Biblical Theology, Life of Christ, and Christian Living, equipping them with a solid foundation in biblical knowledge.

Within the first two teaching sessions, each student will need to prayerfully determine their target community for ministry. What is a target community? This is an unreached tribal community where they will begin their ministry and plan a new vibrant church.
