LIKE A DEER PANTS FOR WATER

Just as deer thirst for water, the five students from TMI Training Institute yearned for the Word of God. Despite their limited knowledge and formal training in Bible School, most of them courageously decided to follow the Lord. This opportunity for spiritual growth was a blessing, as this training was the first of its kind for their group on the island of Mindoro, leaving them deeply grateful.
The nearly six-day training provided nourishment not only for their physical bodies but also for their souls. Interestingly, the students shared that their town experiences a period of famine, locally known as "kiriwi," during August and September, when livelihoods are scarce after the rice and corn planting season. TMI's provision of food for over a week made a significant difference, benefiting not just the students but also their families.
In our recent training from August 24-30, 2025, in Sta Cruz, Occidental Mindoro, our facilitators successfully challenged the students to engage with their community as part of their practicum. This experience further ignited their passion to establish Bible studies in their target areas.
We're thankful to our donors who continue to support our mission in the mountains. As the Scripture affirms, "The Word of God will not return without bearing fruit." Your financial assistance has had a profound impact on our students and will continue to inspire future generations at TMI Training Institute.
